BEWARE of "Spear Phishing" Fraud

I know! I know! This isn't anything about dancing! But I gotta air this one out cuz no doubt some of you like myself have been receiving bogus e-mail from scammers. Anyway give an ear to a warning by a cyber-security expert on "Spear Phishing Fraud"..............

"Scammers craft very specific e-mails pretending to be from a person or business that you know. Clicking on a link in the e-mail can give the scammer access to your online accounts. Self defense: Let your pointer hover over a link in an e-mail. The status bar on the bottom of your Web page shows the link address. Be suspicious if you don't recognize it or if it doesn't end in .com or .org" writes Michael Gregg, president of Superior Solutions, a cyber-security consulting firm.
